Expert Sourcing Specialist

Own the expert recruitment process from brief to delivery. You'll identify, vet, and engage senior practitioners across industries — former C-suite executives, regulators, industry specialists — to support high-stakes client projects for PE firms, hedge funds, and strategy consultancies.
What you'll do
- Research target industries and companies to identify ideal expert profiles for client briefs
- Source candidates via proprietary databases, regulatory filings, industry associations, and direct outreach
- Conduct preliminary vetting calls to assess expertise depth, availability, and compliance fit
- Present curated expert shortlists to clients within 24 hours of request
- Coordinate scheduling and manage expert expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Build long-term relationships with high-value experts for repeat engagements
Who thrives in this role
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in research, recruiting, or B2B sales/BD (new grads with exceptional hustle welcome)
- Bilingual fluency in Korean & English (professional written + spoken)
- Exceptional research skills — comfortable navigating LinkedIn, company filings, industry directories
- High agency and comfort with cold outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Ability to synthesize complex information quickly and communicate clearly under tight deadlines
- Intellectual curiosity about diverse industries (tech, finance, healthcare, industrials)
Sales / Client Solutions Manager

- Mid to Senior-level
Own client relationships from prospect to long-term partner. You'll develop new business, manage existing accounts, and ensure every client engagement delivers the insight quality and speed that justifies our premium positioning in the market.
What you'll do
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients (PE firms, consulting firms, corporates)
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client research needs and commercial objectives
- Translate ambiguous briefs into structured project scopes with clear deliverables
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned accounts — field inbound requests, manage expectations, resolve issues
- Collaborate with research teams to ensure expert matches meet client standards
- Drive account growth by identifying upsell opportunities (surveys, speaker programs, advisory retainers)
- Represent Hudson at industry events and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
Who thrives in this role
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or prior consulting/finance experience strongly preferred
- 3–5 years in B2B sales, account management, or client-facing consulting
- Proven track record of quota attainment or account revenue growth
- Bilingual fluency in Korean & English (native-level business communication)
- Deep understanding of PE/VC due diligence, consulting workflows, or institutional investment processes
- Consultative selling approach — you lead with insight, not pressure
- Exceptional stakeholder management — comfortable engaging with C-suite and senior investment professionals
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration in a startup-like environment
