2.2 Information from Experts

  • Profile Data: CV, professional background, employment history, board seats, advisory roles, industry expertise, languages, location
  • Compliance Disclosures: conflicts of interest, employer restrictions, regulatory affiliations, professional licenses
  • Engagement Records: participation in calls, surveys, or speaker programs; session recordings (with consent); transcripts
  • Payment Data: bank account details, tax forms, hourly rates

2.3 Information from Job Candidates

  • Application Data: resume, cover letter, education, work history, references
  • Assessment Data: interview notes, case-study responses, evaluation feedback

2.4 Information from Website Visitors

  • Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, click activity

Sensitive Data: Hudson does not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (e.g., racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, biometric data, health information) unless required for a specific engagement and only with explicit consent.

Sharing Personal Information

Hudson does not sell personal information. We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

5.1 With Clients (regarding Experts)

We share expert profile information (anonymized or named, as appropriate) with clients for the limited purpose of expert selection and engagement. Clients are bound by confidentiality obligations and are prohibited from contacting experts directly outside of Hudson-facilitated engagements.

5.2 With Experts (regarding Clients)

We may share limited client information (e.g., industry, project topic) with experts to enable informed participation. Where clients have requested blinded engagements, client identity is withheld.

5.3 With Service Providers

We engage trusted third parties to support our operations, including IT hosting, email services, payment processing, and conflict-screening databases. All service providers are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using personal information for their own purposes.

5.4 For Legal & Compliance Reasons

We may disclose personal information if required by law, regulatory authority, or legal process; to protect our legal rights; or to investigate potential violations of our terms or compliance framework.

5.5 Business Transfers

If Hudson is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal information may be transferred to the relevant counterparty subject to confidentiality protections.

Hudson operates globally. Upon expiration of the retention period, personal information is securely deleted or anonymized.
